Job Summary
The Project Administrator is responsible for identifying project goals, needs, and scope, and plans, monitors and documents tasks throughout lower complexity (Path 4) projects. The Project Administrator is also responsible for ensuring all tasks, deliverables, and project materials are delivered promptly, fostering effective communication with stakeholders concerning project status, and documenting each step of the process using various project management tools.

- Coordinate projects of lower complexity effectively and efficiently adhering to Hydro Ottawa project management processes, guidelines, and PMBOK principles including project execution, and final project reconciliation functions to ensure successful project outcomes.
