• Support the Project Sales Team in daily administrative and operational requirements
• Prepare and process purchase orders, projects quotations, and sales reports
• Coordinate with supply chain, credit and collection, and logistics for timely fulfillment
• Assist in pipeline tracking, PSW updates and documentation for ongoing projects
• Handle customer inquiries, documentation, and coordination with key projects
