**Key Responsibilities**

+ Support the preparation of invoices
+ Assist with accounts receivable processes
+ Support audits by preparing required documents and schedules
+ Understand the Prime Contract commercial terms
+ Reconcile cost, hours, and billing
+ Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
+ Monitor and report on labour and expense costs
+ Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
