1. Qualification
Mnimum Degree in any Engineering discipline
Minimum 7 years of working experience in Power Plant industry
2. Competency/Skill
-Conversant in Project Management processes and terminologies based on PMI PMBOK (or equivalent) and as per accepted practices in Oil & Gas industry.
-Competent in various scheduling techniques, schedule development, and schedule management.
-Competent in project performance management, progress measurement, and progress reporting.
-Conversant in resource management and manpower planning.
-Conversant in risk management processes.
-Capacity to manage all the above elements in relation to Cost, Quality and HSE; while adhering to governance, procurement, law, rules & regulation and contract requirements.
3. Accreditation / Certification / Software to perform the function
Intermediate or advance skill in Project control software such as:-
I. Primavera P6 (mandatory)
II. Microsoft Office Application...
