Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the development of project estimates, budgets, resource plans, and schedules for all project lifecycle phases.
• Fully understand the scope of the assigned project, proactively identify and communicate potential gaps and risks.
• Work closely with project teams to maintain a current and accurate understanding of project status, issues and changes.
• Communicate effectively with internal team members, leadership, financial managers, external clients and consultants.
• Produce lagging and leading performance indicator reports including earned value, potential change order logs, risk registers, estimates to complete, variance reports, to enable proactive decision making.
