Intern – Project Coordination (Energy / IoT Projects) We are looking for an intern to support project coordination activities for ongoing energy management / IoT deployments. The role will involve working closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to help move projects from planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities - Track and organize vendor submissions (documents, certifications, approvals)
- Follow up with vendors to collect missing information
- Support coordination with client (JLL) for approval processes
- Maintain a simple tracker for:
- Vendor status
- Approval status
- Site readiness
- Help plan and track installation timelines
- Assist in coordinating onboarding of sites/devices after approvals
- Ensure all project steps move smoothly from approval to installation to go-live
