This role will combine operational oversight for -wide technology procurement intake with software distribution and related software or contract processes. The consultant will manage and monitor workflow queues, review requests for completeness and documented criteria, route required assessment tasks, coordinate software fulfillment and product-line updates, support supplier/contract and pricing coordination, maintain documentation, prepare reporting, and serve as a liaison among OBSS, Service Management, contract managers, technical/review teams, suppliers, and university customers. The role focuses on process guidance, workflow oversight, customer communication, coordination, and transition support; technical assessment decisions remain with the designated review teams.
