The Project Coordinator I-Heart Study will join a dedicate team of health professionals working of a project called I-HEART. This project is aimed at reducing hospitalisations for patients diagnosed with heart failure. The project may involve occasional travel to other regional health services.

We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.

• A degree in nursing or related clinical discipline
• Experience in assessment of heart failure patients.
• Experience as a project offer or research assistant/ fellow with a clinical background
• Demonstrated high level of competency with Microsoft Word, E...
