Vivant is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to own the end-to-end coordination of commercial telecom projects. This role is responsible for driving projects from signed agreement through installation, port completion, carrier disconnects, and clean handoff to billing and support—without requiring constant direction. This is an ownership role.

• Not a handoff-based coordinator position


• Not a role that waits for instructions at every step

- Presales

• Work directly with Sales, Support, and Accounting to gather and verify client information


• Call prior carriers to confirm contract status, obligations, and disconnect requirements
