We are seeking a Project Coordinator to manage several large, high-profile projects across multiple organizations. If you have experience with large corporations with several large physical locations, please continue to read this ad.



The right candidate for this role lives in the NY Metro area as on-site will be required. Candidate must have extensive deep knowledge on MS Project to configure all details, modify as needed, create new projects, etc.



You will coordinate dates, milestones, deliverables, designated participants, owners, etc. to ensure the organization as a whole is informed in real time of all dates and expectations.



Verbal communication skills as well as written will be key as this position requires interaction with many levels of participants.
