Description We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale retail equipment expansion initiative in Phoenix, Arizona. This Long-term Contract position will focus on keeping project activities organized, monitoring progress across multiple workstreams, and helping ensure store installations stay on schedule. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative and operational coordination skills, is comfortable working with vendors and internal teams, and can manage details accurately in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor day-to-day progress across the expansion program and maintain accurate status updates for the project manager
• Coordinate with vendors to confirm deliveries, address service issues, and help keep installations moving forward as planned
