Position Overview
Apollo Building Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of construction projects from pre‑construction through completion. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers, Site Superintendents, and Estimators in planning, scheduling, and execution of projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Prepare and manage Submittals, Transmittals, RFIs, RFQs, and perform Quantity Takeoffs
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and inspectors
- Track project progress, costs, and change orders
