Job Summary

We are hiring a Project Coordinator to support our Technical Program Manager in executing Phase B of the program. The role focuses on document creation, planning, coordination, and reporting in a complex, multi‑stakeholder R&D environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update schedules, milestone trackers, deliverables lists, and action‑item logs.
• Assist in formatting and consolidating technical reports, presentations, and program documentation.
• Track inputs from multiple teams and ensure timely follow‑up on requested information.
• Support meeting preparation, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking for internal and external meetings.
• Assist with event coordination, managing event bookings and supporting agenda preparation.
