Job Description
. Liaise with all agencies and authorities to facilitate work progress such as LTA, PUB, SLA, HDB, SP Group, N parks, and all the telecommunication authorities.
. Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily project and site works.
. Planning and coordinating trenchless method pipe laying and open-cut works.
. Efficiently organizing the site facilities to meet agreed deadlines.
. Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures implemented at the work site
. Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
. Ensure the team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions.
. Preparation and submission of daily progress reports.
. Verify the As-built drawings & Prepare claim documents.
. Attend weekly meetings and present work plans to clients
. Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to maximize efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
