Job Description
**Position Summary**
The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support, including tasks such as data entry, reporting, and maintaining project documentation and schedules.
**Position Details**
+ COINS (ERP system) data entry and reporting - change orders, subcontract agreements, subcontract change orders, labor feedback and job cost reports.
+ Assists Project Managers with entering and updating construction schedules in MS Project.
+ Assembles and tracks subcontracts, change orders, insurance, billings, lien releases, and certified payroll from subcontractors.
+ Issues and tracks purchase orders, material arrival dates and receives material in we based purchasing database.
+ Collects and reviews timecards for union personnel and maintains manpower lists.
+ Assembles binders with submittals, proposals, O&Ms.
+ Assists Project Managers in tracking and creating daily field reports.
