Vella Glass is a high-end architectural glass installation company specializing in custom windows, doors, and large glass systems on premium residential projects throughout the Bay Area. We are looking for a Project Coordinator who can become the operational link between our field team and the office team.
Responsibilities
- Run company Cam (photos, daily updates, job tracking)
- Make sure the crew uploads required info each day
- Follow up on missing photos or notes
- Keep job records organized
- Provide simple daily updates to the team
Requirements
- Organized
- Comfortable following up with field crew
- Basic tech skills (apps, photos, communication)
- Construction experience is a plus, not required
