Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead and manage full-cycle construction projects from pre-construction to handover. Develop and execute project strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Monitor project progress, risk exposure, and performance metrics to ensure delivery targets are achieved. Chair weekly project meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Oversee tendering, contract administration, VO/change control, procurement, and subcontract negotiations. Monitor project cost plans, cash flow, and cost-to-complete forecasting.
