Responsibilities
Implements and sustains BD Excellence work process for the manufacturing unit. Identifies and plans improvement projects for productivity improvement. Project management for Venflon improvement projects. Responsible for change control, MSA, process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) and implementation to production. Includes developing process FMEA, work instruction and manufacturing documents and training of operators to perform validation activities. Coaches associates on continuous improvement methodologies within the manufacturing unit. Understands top losses within the manufacturing unit and develops and implements plans to eliminate losses and drive OEE performance. Participate in manufacturing projects when required. Safety and ISO14001 Environmental accountability. Ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly workplace by observing Company’s rules and procedures.
