Project Engineer – Architectural

As a Project Engineer - Architectural, you will report to the Project Manager and oversee and inspect architectural works on site for high‑rise commercial and residential building projects across Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections of architectural works (blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, finishes, etc.) to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Verify contractor work aligns with local authority requirements (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DDA, EHS, Trakhees).
• Attend inspection requests and coordinate with the contractor to ensure readiness before inspections.
• Review and comment on architectural shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Monitor architectural finishes and ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.
