Roles & Responsibilities Plan, direct, lead and manage multiple Project, Engineering, and Installations to achieve its annual financial & non-financial goals for the department and company. Experience with Industrial Automation and Building Management Control Systems (PLC/DDC). Assist in (i) the design and development of software solutions for Building Management System (BMS) including chiller systems, HVAC, security, fire alarm and etc, (ii) preparation of P&ID diagram related to the chiller system and its BMS, and (iii) In writing, debugging and testing of the code to control and integrate with the existing BMS system. Collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS. Develop and maintain manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams and system configurations.
