Job Description
Project Engineer (Civil & Structural) with Viaduct Experience - Assist Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/Senior Project Manager (SPM)/Project Manager (PM) in day-to-day management of the contract
- Advise the PRPM/SPM/PM on‑site quality and safety issues
- Determine any non‑conformances on works
- Liaise with the Contractor to rectify any non‑conformances and document them properly
- Ensure that decisions on‑site issues are conveyed to the Contractor within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings and programme without compromising on quality and safety
- Provide feedback to the PRPM/SPM/PM on quality and safety matters and suggests quality improvement measures for implementation on site
- Supervise the installation of instrumentation and monitoring of instrumentation
- Lead a team of supervisors to ensure full‑time supervision of works on site
