POSITION DETAILS
Position Summary
Coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment and support New Product Development (NPD). Manage the full lifecycle from Purchase Order receipt through engineering, production, testing & clearances, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards. Handle engineered-to-order (ETO) and configure-to-order (CTO) projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage priorities and keep management and customers updated. Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners to meet customer expectations.
Principal Activities
- Manage the customer orders from receipt to dispatch acting as a single point of contact.
- Review customer specifications, datasheets, GA drawings with relevant teams and ensure technical alignment before execution.
