Job Description
Responsibilities: - Assists Project Manager in project planning and to co‑coordinate and oversee all work on the site.
- Study drawing, plans, specification and scope of work.
- Responsible for submission of material sample and shop drawing.
- Monitoring closely of construction work progress, materials, plant and equipment.
- Carry out site visit, attend site test and inspection and temporary work.
- Workout and maintain VO schedule.
- Verification of material requisition and taking off quantities/site measurement.
- Prepare progress claim to Main‑contractor on monthly basis.
- Prepare payment certificate, verify sub‑contractor work progress.
- Ensure quality standard and Safety Requirements are adhered to.
- Work closely with project team and resolve all technical issue.
