To implement the project program on site in an organized and cost‑effective manner in accordance with the approved design quality standards and within the agreed timeframe.

• Obtain project drawings, assess material and manpower requirements, and hand over the details to the procurement department after approval.
• Assist in preparing accurate project programmes, clearly indicating timeframes and activities involved, and monitor progress against the programme, taking corrective action where required through coordination with the client and various subcontractors.
