Join the SWARCO team as a Project Engineer specialising in New Product Development – Traffic Signals & Controllers.

Location: Leicester

Salary: Up to £50,000

Reporting to: Project Engineering Team Leader (Paul Hodgkiss)

Responsibilities

• Support New Product Development (NPD) across hardware and software‑based systems
• Provide lifecycle engineering support for traffic signal and controller products
• Ensure compliance with European Standards and TOPAS specifications
• Assist in developing solutions to meet new customer and system requirements
• Produce technical documentation and support full system validation and testing activities

Key Activities

• Plan and execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and equipment soak testing
• Record, analyse, and document all test results accurately
