Project Engineer

to work in

Sherwood Park, AB

on a

1-year hybrid contract (Mon, Tue, Thu in office) , with potential for extension. This role focuses on coordinating the safe execution of capital maintenance, right-of-way repairs, and operational projects across the Prairie Region. Responsibilities

Finalize project design and scope, ensuring compliance with internal standards and risk mitigation. Prepare RFPs and evaluate consultant qualifications. Lead design reviews and manage change processes. Review critical operational plans (e.g., isolation, inspection, and test plans). Address safety and operability concerns through sound engineering practices. Ensure proper documentation is developed and submitted. Approve Alternate Isolation job plans in line with safety policies. Project Execution
