Job Description
1. Project Planning & Coordination - Assist Project Manager in planning and executing M&E works.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, architects, and clients.
- Attend site coordination and progress meetings.
- Identify delays and propose corrective actions.
2. Site Management & Supervision - Supervise daily site activities.
- Ensure installation complies with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate site supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.
- Monitor manpower productivity and resource allocation.
- Resolve technical and construction issues on site.
3. Technical Engineering Duties - Review construction drawings and specifications.
