Roles & Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the execution of contract progress.
• To monitor the installation progress and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignment.
• To report and monitor project progress to the Project Manager.
• To supervise and ensure works are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
• To prepare method statements, shop drawings, installation/T&C check sheets, work progress reports, and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.
• To coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on the preparation and submission of shop drawings.
• To coordinate/prepare technical submissions with suppliers/subcontractors.
• To assist the Project Manager in negotiating/procuring materials, equipment, and labor in accordance with (or below) the allocated approved budget.
