Job Description
- To assist Project Manager the daily operations of the Installation & Service team by planning and distributing resources effectively to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
- To maintain accountability for performance metrics, including monthly revenue, and operational productivity.
- To drive continuous improvements to achieve service excellence and business goals.
- To oversee and ensure the effective delivery of installation & services to meet customer expectations and company standards.
- To assist Assistant Manager or Project Manager to train, and support the installation & service team, including setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
