Job SummaryResponsible for development of current, accurate, and complete cost estimates for bids, proposals, projects, change orders, and claims, including maintaining appropriate documentation of assumptions, methods, and supporting information used in the estimating process. Monitors and analyzes project cost estimates, expenditures, and forecasts. Develops estimates using various sources.Job Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and complete cost estimates for bids, proposals, projects, change orders, and claims
- Develops estimates of various types, including Conceptual, Order of Magnitude, Parametric and Detailed Bottoms up.
