Project ExecutionManager
to lead on-site execution and delivery of marine HVAC projects. Thisrole focuses on on-site execution and delivery, covering installation,commissioning, and final handover, with strong emphasis on site presence andhands-on execution capability. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of on-site execution and project delivery (schedule, quality, and safety) Take full ownership and lead installation activities for both ducting systems and equipment installation Coordinate and follow up on duct fabrication and delivery to ensure timely supply in line with site requirements Plan, manage, and control site activities, including workforce and subcontractors Develop, implement, and control daily and weekly work plans, ensuring proper manpower deployment and material readiness to meet site execution requirements Track, manage, and close site issues in a timely manner to avoid delays and rework Ensure consistent and efficient dai...
