Core Responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day maintenance operations for the Group’s existing investment properties, ensuring optimal asset performance.
• Supervise onsite maintenance and improvement works, ensuring contractors adhere to safety protocols and quality specifications.
• Plan deployments and preventive maintenance schedules as well as monitor the efficiency, lifespan, and warranty periods of equipment.
• Take full responsibility for property‑related matters, including planning and maintaining professional relationships with tenants and residents.
• Ensure all property‑related insurance policies are timely renewed to prevent any lapse in coverage.
• Assist the Project Manager in new and existing property development projects. Liaise with relevant authorities to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with project systems and processes.
