The Challenges
Project Management: Oversee roofing installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, specification, budget, and schedule while managing resources and risks.Stakeholder Coordination: Interface effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments to achieve project goals.Technical and Quality Oversight: Review specifications, recommend installation methods, and ensure product quality meets or exceeds set standards.Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain a Safety First approach, aiming for zero accidents, incidents, and illnesses throughout project execution.Performance Monitoring: Track and report on KPIs, including productivity, rejection rate, downtime, and cost targets, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
