• BS Civil Engineering Graduate; license is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 5 years experience as PIC in construction industry.
• Experience with painting, waterproofing, floor coating, crack repair & sealant, and other architectural requirements.
• Computer skills and proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
