KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Facilitate MFT meetings to ensure all areas to be discuss are clear, and understand with the use of PBC (Project Brief Checklist).
• Review, analyze and hand over, Project Endorsement to Design, CED, Planning, Production, and other stake holders.
• Approved Sample and 1st run Mass pro and any non-conformance with in their own judgement.
• Coordinate to section leaders/supervisors/production head and manager improvements and other Operations activities that might affect production.
• Check and validate completeness of tasks/improvements assigned.
• Analyzes coordinates with the production section and initiates corrective action based on suggested improvement/s.
