The Project Integration Lead is responsible for coordinating and integrating all project activities, ensuring that scope, schedule, quality, resources, risk, and stakeholder expectations are aligned and managed cohesively. This role serves as the central point of accountability for project orchestration across functions, ensuring seamless execution from initiation through closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated project management plans, including scope, schedule, quality, resource, risk, meeting minutes, agendas and communication.
  • Ensure alignment between project objectives and organizational strategy.
