Project Lead (Design & Build – Landed Homes) We are looking for a Project Lead to take ownership of projects from design through to site execution. This is not a pure design role — you will be responsible for ensuring designs are practical, drawings are delivered on time, and works are executed properly on site.
Key Responsibilities
Develop functional, buildable layouts for landed homes
Translate client requirements into practical design solutions
Manage projects from design to completion
Liaise with clients and coordinate design decisions
Prepare and ensure timely delivery of drawings
Work closely with site engineers and contractors
Resolve on-site design and detailing issues
Monitor progress and ensure projects stay on schedule
Requirements
Background in Interior Design / Architecture / D&B
3–5 years of relevant experience
Able to manage projects independently
Good knowledge of architecture finishes, carpentry details, materials
