Project Leader

Job Description

  1. Manages, oversees and controls the project(s) from receiving to delivery
  2. Receives projects from Clients.
  3. Ensures proper preparation of materials. Maintains control of all files and other work products according to company standards.
  4. Ensures delivery of project files and billing details to the PTS, Client FTP and/or email
  5. Project Creation & Preparation (PTS)
  6. Job Order (JO) creation
  7. Delivers project files and closes delivery task
  8. Establishes complete project specification sheets for each deliverable project
  9. Attaches all relevant production updates/instructions.
  10. Project coordination with Team leaders
  11. Specification review
    1. Ensures completeness of specifications on daily arrivals
    2. Specs review of on-going projects
  12. Planning
    1. Ensures planning of daily deliveries
    2. Establishes weekly capacity planning
