Role Overview
The Project Coordinator will support the execution of cross-functional projects by tracking progress, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring timely follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in Project Management, PMO, or Business Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, and status updates.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of action items.
- Assist in monitoring project progress against defined milestones.
- Support risk, issue, and dependency tracking and escalate concerns when required.
- Coordinate with teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, Growth, and Business Development.
