What You Will Do


  • Plan, monitor and control project deliverables, milestones and KPIs, mantaining and structured project communication and stakeholder management

  • Support and coordinate project team meetings, project boards, workshops and steering committees

  • Perform project controlling activities, including financial reporting and actively manage RAID topics (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions)

  • Define, maintain and continuously improve project management methods, standards, documentation and templates

  • Collaborate in the harmonisation, optimisation and innovation of project management processes and support the onboarding of new employees into the division’s project environment

  • Capture lessons learned and proactively propose improvements

  • University degree in IT, finance, business management or any related field. PMP or PRINCE 2 certifications will be valuable....
