Project Tasks:

" Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking.

" Establish governance cadence including status reporting, stakeholder updates, and executive reviews.

" Coordinate day-to-day execution across internal teams, Dell resources, and third-party partners.

" Manage risks, issues, and change control processes to reduce delivery impact.

" Provide structured communication to technical teams and leadership stakeholders.

" Implement repeatable project management processes, templates, and best practices.

" Support knowledge transfer and mentoring to internal project managers and technical leads.
