Your role and responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of business system implementation projects, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors or similar business system implementations, managing scope, timeline, budget, and risks
- Manage and coordinate cross‑functional project teams (10–50 members), including functional, technical, and strategy consultants
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and high client satisfaction
- Drive project governance, reporting, and issue resolution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Collaborate with internal leadership to support practice growth, talent development, go‑to‑market initiatives, and continuous improvement of delivery methods
