Job Description
Project Manager (Architectural PC and GFRC façade systems) Key Responsibilities - Plan, organize, and manage site operations and project schedules for smooth execution
- Monitor project progress to achieve cost, quality, and timeline objectives
- Attend project kick-off meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and relevant authorities
- Prepare project reports, work programs, and project-related documentation
- Manage site staff and subcontractors to ensure work progress is on track
- Handle budgeting, cost control, and provide effective solutions to site issues
Requirements - Diploma in Building, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction/project management
- Strong experience in cost control, budgeting, and project execution
