Position: Project Manager (Authentication)
Band/Salary: Band E – Up to Rs. 21 – 29.5 Lakhs per annum
Location: UIDAI Technology Centre, Bangalore
Educational Qualification:
BE/B. Tech/BSc in Computer Science / MCA / Engineering
Experience:
• At least 10 years of experience with minimum 7 years in IT Project and Operations Management
• Ability to automate operations using scripting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with multiple business functions/capabilities
Job Profile:
• Engage with architects and product managers for authentication requirements
• Manage authentication projects
• Manage authentication device testing/certification
• Manage SMS gateway operations
• Monitor SLA compliance and service metrics
• Provide technical support and guidance
• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
• Conduct periodic project reviews and tracking
