**Project Manager -Construction Manager – Labcorp Patient Service Centers**

**Location:** Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ

**Schedule:** Daytime hours; up to 50% work can be done remotely and 50% in-office or traveling to project sites

The **Labcorp Patient Service Construction Manager** is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering corporate construction projects from design through closeout for Labcorp patient service centers across 13 western states.

**Job Responsibilities**

**Planning**

+ Collaborate with Global Real Estate teams to evaluate existing and new sites for renovations, maintenance, and tenant improvements.
