We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a GC/CM Client in New York city. Our Client is busy and needs to add to their current team.



The ideal Candidate will have 5+ Years of experience on construction projects in New York city. You must have the abiltiy to run a project and the Team. You will be expected to do the following:

• Buyout and contract issuance


• AIA Requisition procurement and review


• Project schedule drafting, management and tracking


• Change order issuance & ACR tracking


• Owner / Design Team / Expediter interfacing & collaboration


• TCO familiarity & project close outs


• Manage and direct subcontractors, APMs, etc.
