Job Summary
The Project Manager role in the Design & Construction Department leads the supervision of capital, renovation and renewal projects from schematic design through to the end of the guarantee period, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, landscape, site servicing, and construction requirements. Key Responsibilities
Review architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, landscape, site servicing, and construction schedules, drawings, specifications and tender documents. Prepare construction tenders, recommend acceptance of or changes to working drawings and specifications for assigned projects. Monitor the performance of architects, consultants and contractors to ensure adherence to standards, regulations and contractual obligations.
