Your tasks
- Supervise the construction of buildings and installation / commissioning of equipment as required.
- Initiate and promote project elements that support the corporate initiatives
- Monitors engineering aspects of equipment start-ups; ensures project start-up plans and required documentation are completed and coordinated with current / future Operations and Maintenance Department personnel.
- Assure that both safety and regulatory requirements are complied with for the state / province and country where the project is in.
If there are deviations found that they are to be communicated and dealt with effectively.
- Defines Execution project charter and project targets (financial, scheduling and scope); values taken over from respective departments
- Team member creation in conjunction with the Plants, BU's and Central departments
- Steering committee set-up.
