Group Resilience is responsible for driving and delivering the bank’s resilience capabilities spanning operational resilience, operational continuity in resolution, technology resilience, business continuity management and crisis management across the bank. The role holder will support not only Group Resilience but also engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across other divisions in the bank. This work ensures compliance with all resilience regulatory requirements and supports the bank in delivering resilient services to our customers.
The role holder will primarily direct the delivery of the Group Resilience Transformation deliveries with responsibility for establishing and coordinating underlying workstreams and initiatives, along with resource and financial management to ensure successful delivery of the programme.
