**A Snapshot of Your Day**

Siemens Energy Project Management is looking for early career employees to join the group. We’ve established a set of assignments that rotates through the three major Sections in the Department – Long Term Programs, Complex Projects and the Project Management Office. The rotations will consist of hands-on experience, formal classroom and web-based training, factory familiarization visits, and field assignments at power generation outages. At the completion of the rotations, employees will be placed in a Section based upon mutual interests and vacancies!

**The curriculum is developed into five Phases**

+ Onboarding and General Familiarization training – 6 weeks
+ OTJ Rotation in PMO – 16 weeks
+ OTJ Rotation in LTP – 16 weeks
+ OTJ Rotation in Complex Projects – 16 weeks
+ Advanced technical training – 4 weeks
